The reporting rule concerns how soon a price change must be submitted. It does not mean every unchanged station receives a new price-change timestamp every 30 minutes.

When did station prices last change?
These figures show time since the reported price change, not when we last retrieved the data. An older change time does not by itself mean the price is wrong.

Why can an unchanged price have an older price-change time?
The reporting rule applies after a price change. If the pump price has not changed, its recorded price-change time can remain older even when we retrieve the data again.

A price that does not match the fuel grade or surrounding station data can be excluded from low-price comparisons.
