Personal lawful use

By using Route & Fuel UK, you agree to use the app and website only for lawful personal use and not to abuse, scrape, reverse engineer or disrupt the service.

App and website features

Route & Fuel may include nearby station search, public fuel price pages, journey saving checks, saved vehicles, favourites, price alerts, journey records, fill-up history, MPG estimates, live traffic checks, notifications, ads, rewarded unlocks and paid features depending on your version, plan, location, permissions and device.

Fuel prices and estimates

Fuel prices, station details, MPG calculations, route data, savings estimates, alerts, traffic data, availability and coverage can change and may be delayed or incomplete. Always verify details before making a journey or purchase.

Driving safety

• Do not use the app in a way that distracts you while driving.
• Always obey road signs, speed limits, local laws and live conditions.
• Do not rely on the app for safety-critical navigation decisions.

Paid features

Plus and Pro purchases or subscriptions are handled through the relevant app store. Store pricing, renewals, cancellation and refund flows are governed by Apple App Store or Google Play terms unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Ads, rewards and limits

Some free or limited features may use ads, rewarded ads, traffic credits, quotas or other usage limits. Ad availability, reward validation, live traffic coverage and quotas are not guaranteed. Live traffic saving checks may run live checks on top route stops rather than every station shown. Plan allowances and reset periods can vary by tier and may be daily, weekly or monthly.

Accounts and deletion

You are responsible for activity under your account. Account deletion removes your Route & Fuel account data but does not automatically cancel an active app store subscription; cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google account.

Changes to the service

We may update, suspend, withdraw, discontinue or close the app, website, accounts, free features, paid features, data services, limits, data coverage, pricing, availability and these terms from time to time. Where a change materially affects paid features or pricing, we will take reasonable steps to give notice where practicable. App store pricing, renewal, cancellation and refund rules remain governed by the relevant app store and applicable law. Changes do not affect any statutory rights you may have. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
